We turn global trade changes into opportunities.
A sourcing and logistics hub connecting Japan, Mexico, and India.

Graphite Electrode.jpg

We handle the import and export of graphite electrodes and carburizers, which are essential for smelters, as well as steel products and chemicals.
By considering tariff rates and global market conditions, we design optimal sourcing and supply schemes, supporting steelmakers in cost reduction, stable supply, and stronger competitiveness in the international market.

Consulting

We quantitatively assess the impact of trade policies, including tariffs, and design optimal sourcing locations, commercial terms, and transportation methods based on rules of origin and tariff conditions.

Beyond simple tariff analysis, we also consider regional content requirements and propose the most suitable procurement strategy.
We review tariff rates and USMCA regional sourcing requirements, organize logistics costs, and build an effective supply chain scheme.

Mexican Embassy in Japan Chamber of Commerce

In cooperation with the Embassy of Mexico in Japan and the Latin America and Caribbean Affairs Division of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, we lead the operation of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Japan. The Chamber of Commerce is an official organization that serves as a bridge between the economy and trade between Japan and Mexico, and we are responsible for its establishment and operation, supporting Japanese businesses in Latin America.

Company Introduction

Embassy of Mexico in Japan

We have a proven track record with leading Japanese manufacturers in the automotive and steel industries and have long supported business development in North America, particularly Mexico.
With hands-on experience in procurement, production, and sales across manufacturing fields such as automotive components and forgings, we provide practical, operation-focused support.

Through my role at Metal One, I managed the North American and Mexican markets and was engaged for many years in international trade in the automotive and steel sectors. This experience, together with strong local knowledge, enables us to navigate regional business practices and industry structures effectively.

In addition, as a board member of the Mexico–Japan Chamber of Commerce in Japan, we maintain a broad network with companies, organizations, and public institutions in both countries, allowing us to provide reliable information and long-term business support.
